Dress as wacky as possible! (wacky hair, wacky clothes, wacky everything)

Thursday- Book Character Day

Dress up as your favorite book character

Friday- Curl Up and Read Day

Wear pajamas and cuddle up with a good book

First Grade Market

We got to visit the first grade market which raised money to help the animals affected by the fires in Australia!

Composting 

We started composting with Mr. Fox at SMS! Every day, we collect our food scraps and any other compostable items from our classroom and bring them down to our big compost bin in the cafeteria. Ask your giraffe about what can be composted!

Valentine's Day

We turned dramatic play into a post office this month and made and delivered all of our valentines to our friends! 

Officer Amanda also made some special deliveries!

Second Grade Wax Museum

We got to visit our Puffin Buddies as they portrayed different Change Makers past and present

President's Day

With the NH Primary happening this month followed by President's Day, we decided to make a list of all the things we would do if we were president. We've got some great platforms in the Giraffe Class!
