Fairy Tales!

During the months of April and May, second grade will be reading and writing fairy tales! We got our first taste of fairy tales this week when we explored classic fairy tale books and some fractured fairy tales. We especially enjoyed the adaptations we read of Cinderella.

We also noticed that many of our stories have villains or "bad guys", so we made some WANTED posters for some of our favorites! 

We can't wait to dive further into our study of fairy tales. More information for the rest of our fairy tale unit including the wax museum will be sent home over the next few weeks!
