Getting Outside!

This week, we had our Wellness Walk through the neighborhood surrounding our school and we also celebrated Bike to School Day! The weather was a little iffy on both days, but luckily the sun won the battle against the clouds and both days ended up being lovely!

On Wednesday, all of SMS went on a Wellness Walk down Gifford Farm Road! It was a beautiful day to be outside and moving:

Bikes Galore: Bike to School 2016

While we had a pretty rainy week after our vacation, we were very lucky to have a rain-free Bike to School day on Friday! 

Half of our classroom biked to school with their friends and family, and some even won prizes! 

We can't wait to get moving again next week when we participate in our annual Wellness Walk on Wednesday, :)
