We have quite a few events coming up in our classroom and at school over the next few weeks. Here are some reminders for events happening in the weeks ahead:
Wednesday, October 24 from 7:15-8:15am there will be a Fireside Chat with the Admin team to talk about trends in education. All parents are welcome to attend!
Thursday, October 25th and November 1st are Early Release Days for Parent Teacher Conferences. Students are being dismissed from school on both of those days at 12:50 pm. Please check our Sign Up Genius for your conference time.
Friday, October 26th is our annual Halloween Howl at SMS. Tickets can be purchased online here
Starting Monday, October 29th our school day will go back to ending at 2:55 pm. Our recess/lunch schedule will also get shifted back from 11:40-12:30 and related arts will be from 1:20-2:05 every day.
Tuesday, October 30th is Trick or Treat Day in Stratham and K-2 Students will be learning safety tips for trick or treating with Officer Amanda.
Wednesday, October 31st we will have a fall celebration in our classroom. Our party will be in the afternoon and is just for students. The giraffes are welcome to bring their trick or treat costumes to school to wear for our party, and Caroline Lawless (our room mom) will be reaching out to ask for volunteers to send in a few snacks for us to munch on while we play some fall games
On Tuesday, November 6th and Monday, November 12th we will have no school as we observe a Professional Development Day for teachers and Veteran's Day.
Thursday, November 15th is Picture Retake Day if your child missed class pictures or you would like to have their picture taken again
