We currently have many different fundraisers happening at SMS to benefit our classroom and our school:
In our classroom, we have several iPads and Chromebook, but we have zero headphones available to us to utilize them effectively, so we have started a Donors Choose campaign to purchase a set of headphones for all of the giraffes in our classroom. We have many wonderful apps and programs available to help us practice using technology in a meaningful way to support our education, and having a pair of headphones for each student in our classroom would allow us to use these devices without disrupting the other learners in our classroom. Any donations that are made prior to 3/21 can be doubled up to $50 when you use the code LIFTOFF at checkout!
5th Grade vs. Faculty Basketball Game
This is a great event to attend with the whole family! Come watch this year's 5th graders take on their SMS faculty in our annual 5th Grade Basketball Game! Join us on Thursday March 21st at 6:30--there will be a 50/50 raffle, snacks, and more! All proceeds will go towards supporting our 5th grade class.
Start planning your gardens with Dutch Mills and support the maintenance of our SMS Garden! March 15-29 you can purchase fruit plants, bulbs and perennial plants at the following website and 50% of profits will go to the PTO Select your items, enter your billing and shipping information and be sure to include SMS PTO in the seller's field.
