We would love to have you in to volunteer in our classroom! We understand you all have busy schedules, so we have created a variety of opportunities for you to come in and be part of our classroom. While we will have classroom celebrations and field trips parents will also be welcome to come in/volunteer for that we will share with you throughout the year, we will regularly have Friday Center Volunteers and Guest Readers. If you would like to be a center volunteer or a guest reader in our classroom, please check out the Sign Up Genius links below and sign up for a date/time that works for you. If you do not see a time slot that works for your schedule and you would still like to come in, please let me know!
If you are not able to come in to volunteer but would still like to support our classroom, every now and then I will reach out throughout the year with a “wishlist” of items we may need. We don’t need every item from every student, but every little bit helps! Here are a few items we are in need of currently in our classroom:
- Baby Wipes
- Disinfecting Wipes
- Hand Sanitizer
- Hand Soap (we currently have the foaming Method hand soap dispensers, and Target sells refill bags!)Thank you for all that you do to support the Giraffe Class!
